There are no formal expiration dates on these, so they could be ephemeral, and I do expect to see discounts cut back some after Cyber Monday. Amazon has a number of deals going today:
- The most interesting is this little widget (screen shot above; follow link for the real deal), which shows a slew of GPS Lightning Deals
on the way. They appear to have a.m. and p.m. mixed up, so just watch the countdown clock for deals starting at 1 p.m. EST!
- The “deal of the day” is the Garmin nüvi 285WT
for $129.99. This is a great price, but be aware that the MSN Direct service is going to go away in two more years.
- They have the touchscreen handheld Garmin Oregon 200
for $223.19.

This is a Walmart exclusive, limited quantity item and the price is good only for today, Black Friday. We believe it will start being available around 3:00 a.m. EST, but Walmart is being rather tight-lipped about it. Here’s the link:

The XL 325SE is basically the ONE 125SE with a 4.3" screen instead of 3.5". It’s a good deal, but nowhere near as good of a deal as the ONE 125SE.

This is about as good of a price as I think you’ll see this year on a 4.3″ nuvi with text-to-speech. The nuvi 255W is currently the top-ranked unit on GPS Tracklog. This deal, at West Marine, runs through November 30:
