Garmin nuvi 255W for $120

EDIT: I’ve pulled this because its included in BestBuy.com’s Thursday thru Saturday Thanksgiving weekend sale.

This is about as good of a price as I think you’ll see this year on a 4.3″ nuvi with text-to-speech. The nuvi 255W is currently the top-ranked unit on GPS Tracklog. This deal, at West Marine, runs through November 30:

The 255W sports a 4.3? wide touch screen (hence the “W”) and includes pre-loaded maps of the U.S. and Canada. It also has text-to-speech, so you’ll hear “drive one-half mile, then turn left on Oak Street.” instead of just “drive one-half mile, then turn left.”
