What they are saying is that everything is 20-30% off today, but that Garmin units are excluded. Yet if you look at their GPS page, they’ve got some great deals on Garmin units. Otherwise, it’s $18.95 for shipping, but that’s still a pretty good deal for one of the most popular handheld GPS receivers.
